First they saved the cheerleader and saved the world. Now the Heroes have another assignment - this time on CD. La-La Land Records will release the original score album on April 7, 2009 via their website Click Here and in stores April 21. Wendy and Lisa (Soul Food, Crossing Jordan) composed the original score. Heroes airs Monday nights on NBC.

Autism Speaks, the cast from NBC’s hit show HEROES and the celebrity band 'Band From TV' have teamed up to increase autism awareness and help raise funds for autism research at the first ever HEROES for Autism fundraiser. The one-night only star-studded event will kick-off with a VIP cocktail reception and silent auction featuring art work designed and created by the cast and crew of HEROES. Guests will then enjoy a concert performance by the 'Band From TV,' featuring Greg Grunberg, Adrian Pasdar, James Denton, Jesse Spencer, and Bob Guiney and a special performance by the show’s music composers Wendy & Lisa. Wendy & Lisa with special guest Shenkar will perform their music from the series, as well as music from their newly-released CD, 'White Flags of Winter Chimneys.' All proceeds from the evening’s event will be donated to Autism Speaks.

'The recording, mixing and mastering of his new record 'Face To Face' nowcompleted, Shenkar has taken the time to collaborate on three songs with theVermont alternative scene's latest musical sensation Dogs Of Bali.

Featuring the songwriting team of Dyan Ondovchik (lead vocals and guitar)and Grant M. Olsen (backing vocals, guitar and keyboards) Dogs Of Bali'sdebut CD will deliver songs with great melodies, intelligent lyrics anduncompromising grooves courtesy of some of the greatest musicians on theplanet including drums and percussion from the legendary Jim Keltner (JohnLennon, Bob Dylan), Jerry Marotta (Peter Gabriel, Tears for Fears), KennyAronoff (John Mellencamp, Rolling Stones) and Lenny Castro (Toto, FleetwoodMac). Shenkar will be performing his first show of 2009 March 19th at the Air Conditioned Supper Club in Venice, CA with legendary drummer Brook Wackerman's Kidneys. Shenkar will take the stage at 11PM and will be performing with his band (Juliett on backing vocals and AGDM on percussions and electronics) and special guest Chloé Trujillo on couple of songs.
